How WaKart collects, uses and protects merchant and shopper data.
Data we process
Account details you give us, store data synced from Shopify (products, inventory, orders, customers) and WhatsApp conversation metadata needed to deliver the service.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve WaKart: syncing your catalogue, sending messages you configure, powering the AI assistant on your data, and reporting. We never sell personal data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and we follow practices aligned with GDPR and India’s DPDP Act.
Your rights
